What We Believe

God - There is only one true and living God. God is, always was and always will be. He is the creator of all things. God exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit. God loves everyone and welcomes all who seek Him.

Salvation - Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins. The Bible says . . . "for God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It is the sole authority for Christian faith and daily living.

Sin - All people sin by disobeying God.

Forgiveness - God is very clear that he loves all men and women and that we should also. Scripture tells us "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). But, "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" (I John 1:9). It is God’s desire that all men and women would accept his love, mercy and forgiveness.

Holiness - God’s people are called to holiness in all aspects of daily living. This implies we strive, even though we always fall short, to conform our lives to Christian principles as outlined in the Bible.

Second Coming - We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ.
